Your Future Role

  • Guide everyone towards understanding agile and Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values
  • Facilitate scrum team meetings (our working language is English)
  • Remove impediments to the development teams‘ progress
  • Help the organization to frequent high quality releases
  • Act as servant-leader for agile development teams
  • Help all stakeholders understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren‘t
  • Assist in changing these interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team
  • Coach the development teams towards self-organization and cross-functional teamwork
  • Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum teams
  • Support the development teams, product owners and entire organization to reach agile nirvana

Your Ideal Profile

  • Experience in a prior scrum master role
  • Fluent command of the English language (fluency in German is a plus)
  • A track record of successfully releasing high quality software
  • Profound experience or interest with web technologies

We welcome both male and female applicants that wish to become part of the success story in our highly motivated team. The stated position is available for full-time as well as part-time employment. The minimum salary on the basis of a full-time role is € 43,000 gross per annum. Considerable over-payment is possible for ideal candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
