Your future Role

  • Complete the HR Department with HR Management and Talent Acquisition Skills
  • Support all employer branding initiatives and be a proactive sparring partner of the marketing team
  • Source creative and with an out-of-the-box mindset for potential candidates all over the world through different online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Plan and implement employee referral programs
  • Take over ownership for the entire recruiting and onboarding process
  • Be the point of contact for all labor law related questions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in psychology, business or other HR related field. (personnel accounting course would be a plus)
  • E3 – 5 years experience in HR Management and Talent Acquisition (in the IT industry would be a plus)
  • Excellent German language skills fluent written and spoken English language skills (Slovenian would be a plus)
  • High interest in labor law and all HR Management related initiatives
  • Highly motivated to implement new HR processes in a fast growing company

The minimum salary based on a full-time role is € 43.500 gross per annum. Considerable over-payment is possible for ideal candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
