Your future Role

  • Management of our motivated and very competent customer care team with currently 5 employees. In order to grow into the leadership role, you will start in an operational support position and gradually take on the management tasks.
  • Handling and coordination of our customer inquiries (via phone, email and ticket system).
  • You analyse the concerns of our customers and support the solution process.
  • As the interface between our customers and our internal teams, you make a significant contribution to optimizing our products.
  • The continuous updating of our internal knowledge base and our customer documents.

You’ll fit in great with these Skills and Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in B2B customer support for software solutions, ideally you have already experience with SaaS solutions.
  • You have several years of management experience and enjoy developing your team.
  • Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL) and ticket systems as well as basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript are advantageous for this position.
  • You have technical know-how for cloud solutions, REST-API, SSO, network technology and debugging of web applications.
  • You are customer-oriented, communicative, enjoy working in a team and maintain a strategic overview when solving complex tasks.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.

For this position, based on full-time employment and collective agreement, a minimum gross salary of € 50,652 per annum is provided. Over-payment is possible based on qualifications and work experience.
