TimeTac is providing web-based and mobile software solutions for time tracking and attendance management. As part of our Product Management team, you translate the product vision into working software and customer value. You coordinate closely with management, customers and development teams to deliver increments that expand and improve our product portfolio. Your role is broad in scope and requires disciplined self management, yet offers huge rewards and will always entertain.

Your Role

  • You are responsible for one or more agile development teams, coordinating with the product management team
  • You make decisions with regards to implementing the product vision, including management of the Product Backlog
  • You define user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable KPIs
  • You engage daily with the development teams, providing feedback, offering support and helping to prioritise work
  • You attend Scrum events, including Refinements, Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • You manage stakeholders, including coordination of product vision with management, as well as capturing requirements and feedback from customers


  • You have experience with and are interested in IT, software development and project management
  • You have an understanding of Scrum and Kanban; working experience here is considered beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German
  • Experience with our core tools, Jira and Confluence, is considered beneficial
  • You are confident in making informed decisions and organising resources

The minimum salary on the basis of a full-time role is € 43,000 gross per annum. Considerable over-payment is possible for ideal candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
