A timesheet app records how long your team worked and on what, then turns those entries into a timesheet without anyone filling in a form. Start, end and breaks get captured as the work happens, so the record is built from what actually occurred rather than from memory on Friday afternoon.

Three things, in our view. The team has to be willing to use it, or the data is incomplete and every number after it is a guess. The timesheet has to be usable without rework, filterable by person, project and client, and exportable. And it has to carry rates, so a timesheet tells you what the hours were worth rather than only how many there were.

Your team tracks time in the app or the browser. TimeTac consolidates the entries and produces the timesheet. You filter by person, project or period and export it. There is no form to fill in and nothing to add up.

No. The point of a timesheet app is that the record already exists in a usable form. If someone needs a document, export a PDF or a spreadsheet from the tracked hours.

Yes. Our open API connects to whatever you already run: billing, accounting, reporting or ERP. Identity and collaboration tools connect directly, and you can export tracked hours as a file if that’s simpler.
