International Locations, Complex Working Hours
As an internationally active company with locations in Austria, Italy, Australia, and the USA, we needed a time tracking system that could map a wide variety of work areas and models, from technology and software development to field service and night shifts in production. On-call duties with overtime at night, on Sundays, and public holidays, country-specific business travel times, and different expense regulations were particularly complex. The existing solution could not meet our requirements. We were looking for a system that would allow flexible surcharge rules, individual evaluations, and seamless integration with payroll to transfer data efficiently and with minimal administrative effort.

Ease of Use and Flexibility
All our employees use time tracking daily, depending on their work area, via the web app on PC, at the terminal, and via the mobile app when on the go with customers and on business trips. The mobile app is a great relief, especially for our external fitters. They can record their working hours directly and easily, no matter where they are. This user-friendliness significantly increases efficiency in daily work.
The variety of evaluation options in TimeTac gives us the overview we need for precise planning and billing at all times. The solution not only saves us time but also helps us to make processes transparent and error-free.
